Compact Designed Submersible Pump has motor and pumps which are coupled and operates submerged beneath the surface of water, suspended from the discharge pipe vertically. The Pump can be installed in an inclined manner. The Pump is of multistage centrifugal design, with radial or mixed flow impellers. The Pump has impellers are made of quality grade bronze and dynamically balanced by using Microprocessor based balancing machine. The Pump has diffusers which are designed to give efficiency and are in built in the casings with replaceable guide bushes for easy maintenance and the pump shaft is made of stainless steel hardened and ground to close tolerance and are supported with water lubricated bearings and rubber bushes alternatively, non return value is provided on special request. The Pump has a stainer fitted at the inlet or pumps to prevent entry of solid particle and can be installed in bore wells and very deep wells for irrigation schemes. The Compact Designed Submersible Pump finds application in domestic water supply and industrial requirements, suitable for sprinkler irrigation scheme as booster pumps in any type line, for fountains, and in mines, multi floor buildings, gardens and hotels.
